Do you offer professional assembly services?
All bikes are professionally pre-built and inspected by our mechanics before being partially disassembled for shipping. You will only need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat.
What is your return policy for parts and apparel?
We offer a 90-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that installed parts or customized wheels cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
How do I know which frame size is right for me?
